WORST i ever faced in my lifetime. BAD SMELL room. RUDE lady lady staff in reception. I felt sympathy since she might handling a lot of irritated customers.

basis the hotel tarrif services were pathetic. Hotel room was stinking, told them a lot of times but in vain. no toiletries were provided. no mat outside the bathroom. not hotwater for shower. breakfast had chole bhature tea coffee sambar wada cornflakes and banana and papaya. I had asked for an omelet I was served a masala omelette without salt on both days. The lift was not working. we were using a service lift. It was so small and congested and was making a lot of noise felt unsafe while using. the tarrif shown on make my 訂房網站 was different per day than that was actually charged to me all day it was different . I won't get a reimbursement from my company but they didn't agree. the interior was worn out . the moment I used to get out for breakfast the guy used to come to clean the room I mean what's the hurry 😔. overall poor very poor

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location is very convenient being close to airport however I do have feedback that I for my charger there so at the time of check out some staff checks the room so they should have told that charger is left

The property is very conveniently located close to T1 airport. The hotel also has a complimentary airport shuttle service to T1 which was very helpful to drop off my in laws. The staff is very cooperative. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at a well maintained property. The hotel is next to Ter 1 airport and they also have complimentary airport shuttle. Very courteous and helpful staff.

The rooms are clean including the washrooms. This place also has a restaurant with both veg and non-veg options. The staff is nice, they give you a complimentary drop to the airport.
